  • 400 gr spaghetti
  • 1 kg cherry tomatoes
  • 3 tbsp extra vergin olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 10 basil leaves
  • salt and pepper
  • Method:

  • rinse the tomatoes and make a small cut on top
  • put water in a big pot and when it boils add the tomatoes just for 30 seconds
  • drain and put the tomatoes in cold iced water
  • this procedure willhelp you to peel tomatoes faster. in a big pan warm up oil and garlic, when this becomes golden brown add the peeled tomatoes, salt,pepper and basil
  • cook the sauce just for 5 minutes medium fire
  • after cooking spaghetti put them in the sauce pan and saute’ the pasta adding more basil leaves and few drops of extra vergin olive oil
