  • 500 gr veal
  • 100 gr ham
  • 2 carrots
  • 3 pieces of celery
  • 1 onion
  • ½ glass white wine
  • 2 tbs extra virgin olive oil
  • marjoram
  • salt and pepper
  • Method:

  • prepare 10 veal’s slices very thin and fill them with small piece of ham, celery, carrot, marjoram, salt and pepper
  • roll up each slice and close it with a toothpick
  • take a pot and put a “battuto” of celery, carrots, onion and oil
  • let it cook for 5 minutes (medium heat) until all becomes translucent
  • at this point add the rolls , let them become golden brown then pour the wine and when it’s evaporated cover with a lid
  • cook slow heat with a cover for about one hour
