Ingredients:

  • 3 fennels
  • 1 tbsp pine-nuts (approx.) sautéed in dry pan to roast
  • Salt and pepper
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 Orange
  • 1 pear
  • 5 black olives
  • Method:

  • clean and cut the fennel in thiny slices
  • peel the pear and chop
  • peel the orange and chop
  • sautè pine nuts in dry pan to roast
  • place all ingredients in a salad bowl
  • toss all together
