• 10 slices stale bread
  • 10 cherry tomatoes
  • 1 red onion
  • 2 tbsp white vinegar
  • 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • 5 basil leaves
  • Method:

  • cut the bread in small pieces and soak it in 2 cups of water with one spoon of vinegar for 3 minutes,then squeeze it and pour in a bowl
  • cut the onion in thin slices and put it in cold water and the vinegar for 5 minutes
  • take the bread, add tomatoes onion salt pepper, basil leaves, and oil
  • mixed together with your hands until well combined
  • let it rest for 30 minutes before serving
