Farmer’s salad (for 4)

200 g rocket salad, washed and dried

2 pears, thinly sliced

100 g seasoned Pecorino, thinly sliced

1 handful soft raisin

1 handful roasted pine nuts

extra virgin olive oil

salt and black pepper

balsamic vinegar

In a large plate, arrange all the ingredients. In a separate bowl, with a fork, emulsify oil, vinegar, salt and pepper until thick and use it to season your salad.
