Cooking Classes

Whether you’re a seasoned cook or just beginning to find your way around the kitchen, you’ll have a great time developing new culinary skills with  Daniela.

Full day cooking class with Testaccio market tour

From Tuesday to Saturday 9.30 am to 2.30 pm 

 

Maximum 6 people 

The best way to enjoy your culinary experience at Daniela's Cooking School.

 

The class lasts about five hours and includes:

 

• A visit to the Testaccio market, the cooking lesson, and a leisurely lunch in the dining room. 

•  The preparation of 4 dishes; 

• A wonderful selection of local wines to accompany the dishes;

As a souvenir, all attendees receive detailed recipes of everything they’ve made, and a Diploma of Attendance from Daniela’s Cooking School in Rome. 

Half day cooking class

From Monday to Friday from 10.30 am to 2.00 pm or from 4:30 pm to 8:00 pm

 

Maximum 6 people 

The ideal solution for your short stay in the city of Rome, one that will give you an inspiring introduction to Italian cuisine.

 

This half-day class, without the market tour, lasts about 3.5 hours and includes:

•  The preparation of 4 dishes; 

• A wonderful selection of local wines to accompany the dishes;

As a souvenir, all attendees receive detailed recipes of everything they’ve made, and a Diploma of Attendance from Daniela’s Cooking School in Rome.

Le Mani in Pasta: Let's make pasta!

From Monday to Friday from 10.30 am to 13.30 pm or from 4:30 pm to 7:30 pm

Maximum 4 people 

This is a focused lesson on fresh pasta making, the true icon of Italian food. You will learn how to make pasta from scratch by mixing and kneading the ingredients and preparing the different sauces. Dishes will be eaten at the kitchen counter for a more convivial experience.

This class lasts about 3 hours and includes:

• The preparation of 3 dishes: often fettuccine with bolognese sauce, ravioli stuffed with ricotta and spinach, and tonnarelli cacio e Pepe;

• A wonderful selection of local wines to accompany the dishes;
